Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The position is responsible for the development of operational risk and business continuity policies and procedures, implementation of operational risk and business continuity management programs and initiatives, and support company-wide risk management initiatives.
Responsibilities include:
- Reviewing and developing risk management context and guidelines on a regular basis
- Monitoring and reporting whether RM contact is consistently adopted in the organization
- Facilitating risk assessment sessions particularly of operational risks
- Facilitating risk treatment (strategy and action) sessions of operational risks
- Recommending appropriate and available risk treatment strategies and actions
- Assisting the teams in prompt identification and reporting of emerging risks and trends that may lead to risk situations
- Analyzing and consolidating risk management information for consolidation and reporting
- Managing operational risk management related audits and assurance activities
- Assisting in establishment of risk culture by embedding ORM and BCM practices in company's day-to-day operations
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity, internal audit and/or management systems
- Experience in power industry, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
- Knowledge in risk management, ISO 31000, ISO 27000, COSO standards, FM Global, and other risk engineering standards
- Knowledge in BCM, preferably BS25999/ISO 22301
- RM Certification, preferred
- Analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Effective in planning and organizing
