Talent Assessment Manager  

The major responsibility of The Talent Assessment Manager is to assist decision-makers in the process of providing interpretation and analysis of reports generated from various assessment tools and services to address both Attraction and Optimization requirements of either individual talents and/or teams.

Accountable for the following:

• Serving Customer requirements on the assessment of a talent or team's performance readiness or potential through the the roster of talent assessment services.
• Study, planning, selection and implementation of assessment systems and processes.

As an integral part of the HR service chain, the purpose of the job is to provide analysis obtained from assessment tools and services in finding the right person for the right job, at the right time, in the right place for Talent Attraction.

Secondly, to support TL’s in the development management of their Teams. The scope of the job will range from providing support to both Attraction and Optimization, with a greater focus on Optimization.

• 4-year college course with preference on Human Resource Management, Psychology and/or Developmental Studies
• Organizational Development studies at least 4 years experience in OD-related projects or roles, Not good but excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic Windows, Office operating system
• Knowledgeable in current assessment tools and services being run in the company, such as but not limited to: Harrison Assessment Talent Solutions, SHL Previsor assessment tools, AAI Assessment Center, Leadership Circle and 360 Profile Assessment.
