Associate General Counsel- Corporate Secretarial  

The Associate General Counsel – Corporate Secretarial ensures an effective provision of corporate secretarial services throughout the Group. She/He supports the Senior Associate General Counsel and the AVP for Corporate Secretarial and Compliance in efficient management of the ownership of the stock of the Group’s privately held and publicly listed companies, including stock transfers and other ownership changes, with both regulatory requirements and the best interests of the shareholder in mind. She ensures that the Group, especially the public companies is fully compliant with the regulatory requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Philippine Stock Exchange and other similar regulatory bodies.

• Possess a degree in law and member of good standing of the Philippine Bar.
• Extensive professional legal experience in a business environment.
• Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine laws and regulations applicable to power, food, land, construction, infrastructure and other related businesses.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Cebu.
