Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for assisting the VP- Special Projects in the preparation, drafting, review, and revision of business and corporate documents, contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, referred to the Special Projects team of Legal Management Services by the different business units of Aboitiz Equity Ventures, Inc. its subsidiaries and affiliates.
- Negotiating and providing guidance and advice on the Documents, advising on matters requiring legal expertise and opinion, and providing legal assistance and representation in the structuring, negotiation, and implementation of special projects undertaken by relevant members of the Group.
- Ensure that the Group is protected from any unacceptable exposure to legal risks through compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and the timely and effective responses to unforeseeable situations with potential significant legal implications to the Group.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Law or equivalent from a reputable school of law
- At least 5 year(s) of experience in law firm and/or in-house counsel environment, with a focus on the formation and structuring ventures and in mergers and acquisitions, preferably in both the Philippines and abroad.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Law/Legal Services or equivalent.
- Member in good standing of the Philippines Bar.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
