Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Risk Management Associate is responsible for supporting the AEV Risk Management Team in the day-to-day administrative functions and requirements and in organizing, and facilitating the team initiated events and activities.
Key responsibilities Include:
- Processses accounting-related transactions such as payment to suppliers, liquidation, and reimbursements
- Facilitates travel arrangements for AEV RM team members
- Ensures the on-boarding of AEV RM team members
- Facilitates logistics of team meetings
- Ensures the availability of office supplies and other materials needed for day-to-day operations
- Assists in consolidating the budget and the completion of special projects of AEV RMT
- Organizes and aids trainings for the different CSU and BU teams as assigned by AEV RM team leaders
- Acts as the team champion for HR related requirements and ISMS e-learning modules coordinator
- Conducts research on risk management related subjects and summarizes and presents key points
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any degree in Business Management or equivalent
- At least 1-year experience in a Risk Management function
- Must be willing to work at Taguig
