Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The Risk Management Analyst is responsible for providing support functions related to the Risk Management Team. This includes implementing risk financing programs with the objective of achieving the optimal balance of retaining and transferring the identified risk exposures of the organization.
Key Responsiblities Include:
- General insurance administration
- Coordination with business units for insurance requirements
- Insurance Claims Management
- Building meaningful relationships with internal and external customers
- Providing efficient and effective risk management services
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably related to the following: Business Management, Financial Management, Accountancy, and Engineering (including Industrial Engineering)
- Has working knowledge and understanding of the principles of enterprise risk management
- Able to handle risk financing initiatives
- Able to respond to frequent pressures in meeting deadlines, without compromising accuracy and efficiency
- Working knowledge in insurance claims procedures and management
- Knowledgeable in risk management framework
- Can perform administrative and office support activities
- At least 1-year experience in a Risk Management function
