Human Resource (HR) Manager | Business Partner  

The HRBP Manager & Talent Lead will have responsibility for all aspects of the people agenda, specifically partnering Commercial and Functions, and leads Talent Acquisition for AB Heineken Philippines.

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Understands the broader market context and what’s happening in the organisation and uses insights to improve business performance.
2. Uses insight to suggest alternative paths of action and short term HR solutions
3. Assesses the talent needs of the organisation in order to design and deliver the most effective talent solutions. Effectively coaches line managers to make the right choices regarding Talent.
4. Engages the leaders in developing effective teams and effective change management
5. Understands organisation diagnostic tools and uses them to plan and implement a range of organisation development interventions and change acceleration programs.
6. Coaches and advises business leaders in the optimisation of organisation and team design techniques to improve performance
7. Works at both the organisational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs. Advises the leaders of relevant learning interventions.
8. Develops an effective ER strategy & delivers it through coaching managers, ensuring a strong understanding of employment law and risk mitigation.
9. Builds managers’ capability in managing performance and reward decisions.
10. Works closely with HR Administrator, ensuring effective delivery and execution of all core HR processes.
11. Leads the delivery and the compliance with HR policies, processes and local employment/labor legislation for all employees.
12. Analyses performance and reward information and makes recommendations to business for structural change or adjustments to market positioning to address issues and opportunities.
13. Expert in Talent Acquisition and uses network effectively to tap the right talent from the market. Able to spot talent trends, and uses the insights for strategic resourcing.
14. Builds Talent Supply through strong network amongst top universities and local colleges (key cities) for graduate recruitment.
