About the Role: As an Employee Relations & Policies Specialist you will perform the following (but not limited to) duties and responsibilities:
- Deliver all employee and labor relations related activities within a Market Unit
- Serve as subject matter expert for labor law, company policy/procedure knowledge to employees, managers and people representatives
- Review and revise policies according to business needs and employment legislation.
Kualifikasi Minimum
About You: The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Labor Relations/Employee Relations - 5 years
- Case Management – 5 years (expose to the full cycle of case handling)
- At least 2 years of ER experience in BPO industry and/or a company with a large population
- At least a year Supervisory Experience
