Duties and Responsibilities

• Knowledge in performing RCAs
• High level of proficiency in utilizing MS Office
• Tracking and Status reporting related to program, deal score card and workstream specific reports
• Monitors compliance progress and timeline relating to applicable Mobilization tools and application e.g. TransIT, NEST, PCCV, PICF
• Apply analytical skills in summarizing, analyzing, and discussing reports
• Attendance & Productivity monitoring
• Support preparation of invites and materials for Governance Calls with Ops Leadership and Client
• Support Transition Program Manager in the estimation of costs and developing work plans for a work stream to keep track in financials for forecasting and actuals realization
