Accenture in the Philippines is currently looking for Accounts Payables Associates (Procure-to-Pay) who will be responsible in performing the following day-to-day tasks:

• You will receive and analyze supplier invoices including pre-coded invoices, with or without a purchase order in ReadSoft, invoice adjustments and invoice upload.
• You will be proactively supporting the business/local offices and work in collaboration with other TW workstream (e.g. Intercompany team, Tax team, etc.) by analysing and resolving P2P invoice exceptions.
• You will perform User Acceptance Test and other payment-related testing on any changes, developments and/or transition of new P2P work processes.

What are we looking for?

• Open to college graduates, college undergraduates, and associate degree graduates in Business-related courses
• Must have at least 1 year of working experience in scanning and accounts payables applications, invoice, payments and transactions processing, T&E-related payments and cheque payments
• Amenable to work in Quezon City, Mandaluyong, Taguig, or Alabang
• Willing to go back on-site once recalled
