Responsibilities
Marketing transformation, sales transformation or service transformation covering (but not limited to)
- Digital marketing strategy, Channel strategy (assisted & unassisted), Campaign strategy & execution (SEM, SEO, Display, Social etc.)
- CX Design & Implementation
- Marketing operations
- E-commerce & CRM (understanding of architecture & capabilities)
- B2C & B2B sales and supporting processes
- Digital Factory/ Operating Model
- Exposure to B2B Sales force automation tools & capabilities
- Sustained client relationship management experience at mid to senior management level
- Solid financial acumen, analytical, diagnosis and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at using experience and knowledge of industry, geographic and technology trends to assess and shape business solutions.
- Effective leadership and management skills with a proven ability to mobilize and energize project teams to deliver results
- Ability to create and deliver high-impact communications to senior audiences (written and oral) and facilitate complex discussions
- Experience of working in a consulting firm and in SE Asia will be preferred.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Engineering (any type), Business Administration, or a related field
- Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) or post graduate degree in management (PGDM) from premier institutes preferred
- 7+ years of Consulting, IT Services or Industry experience focusing on the telecommunications sector in one or more of the following domains
- Must have Articulate, confident, with strong Comm Skills
- Assumed lead roles to drive mid to complex transformation projects with clear business outcomes
