Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Role will be more on stakeholder management, owning of demands (possibly 200 in a year), element of strategy in staffing, reporting
- Usual stakeholders are HRSS, Solutions Architect, PCX, Recruitment, Sourcing and Resource Management Group
- Will handle external supply (contractors, recruitment local hire, etc.) and internal supply (Applications in ACM, tech resources, etc.)
- Challenges: Volume of demands and managing of stakeholders as there will be lots of talking/meeting with different people
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Amenable to Project-Based Employment
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree
- Requires 2 years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Has Stakeholder Management
- Has Experience in Resource Forecasting, Planning and Staffing
- Excellent Communications skills
- Willing to be assigned in Boni, Mandaluyong
- Regular Shift, 9am to 6pm
