Reports Developer | SQL, VBA and Macro | HR Shared Services  

As a HR Reporting Analyst, you will be involved in designing, developing, and running value added HR reports. You will build skills and experience in designing HR data models by helping identify needs and requests of the business and by offering reports that provide valuable insights to our clients. Your duties and responsibilities will also include:

• You will be provided detailed to a moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments and the decisions that you make that would impact your work
• You are expected to:
  • Obtain a clear cut view of important HR data from various systems.
  • Provide analysis on trends, key performance indicators.
• You will be participating in process improvement initiatives or special projects as assigned
• You will be required to help in the overall team's workload by managing your deliverables and help the team when required
• You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a predetermined focused scope of work.
• Your expected interactions are within your team and direct supervisor

• Bachelor’s degree holder
• Must have at least 3 years of experience in Reports Development
• Must have hands-on experience in reporting tools
• Must have an experience in pulling data from multiple data sources
• Must have strong skills Microsoft Office, Excel and Marco
• Must have presentation skills
• Must have fair logical abilities and good communication skills
• Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule
