Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Linux server infrastructure outage management, migration and implementation coordination
- Attend to incident, service request and tickets using the agreed service levels
- Perform regular maintenance of servers (i.e. disk clean up and server reboots), password change of root
- Create documentation, build knowledge base for known issue
- Assist in determining application files and folders usage for disk clean up
- Assist in planning and implementation of server upgrade, antivirus troubleshooting, security implementation and troubleshooting
- Perform daily ticket updates until closure
- On-Call Support during weekends if necessary
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Computer Science or Information Technology
- Must have at least 5 years relevant work experience in Linux System Administration
