Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Analyze the data and provide facts, analysis, trends.
- Identify data mismatches, review the analysis with client and other stake holders;
- Improvise / automate the current reporting process;
- Coordination with internal teams to confirm the data the reports are correct;
- Adhere to the QC process and make sure the SLAs are met;
- Cross training other team members and update the latest developments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree course
- Must have finance background – invoicing, reconciliation exposure
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong stakeholder management
- Experience in Data Analysis and Management Information System (MIS)
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
- Background in Immigration is an advantage
