We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Management Specialist. The role will provide leadership and direction to a small to a medium-sized team in their day to day tasks of supporting recruitment-related support functions regarding recruitment policy, process, and compliance. The role will also coordinate with stakeholders, project representatives and HRSS Teams to push for the completion of various projects and initiatives on the recruitment process, policy & compliance.

The role will have the following responsibilities:

• Provide consultation on all policy, process, and compliance-related inquiries within TSC.
• Design and develop policy and process updates within TSC and those affecting it.
• Implement and/or strengthen controls to safeguard TSC compliance to policies and process
• Respond to general and detailed inquiries which impact TSC recruitment.
• Supervise and/or facilitate the creation of process documents, announcements, and presentations to various stakeholders in and outside of recruitment.
• Supervise and/or facilitate TSC Process and Policy specific training delivery.
• Supervise and Manage RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions) logs on TSC Process & Policy related projects.
• Act as point of contact representing TSC during audits.
• Ensure that TSC is compliant to policies and processes affecting it.

We're looking for an experienced professional with the following skillset;

• Must have at least 2 years’ or more in the end to end Project Management.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years handling at least 1 to 3 resources who will do groundwork and leg work and accountability.
• Must be skilled in Stakeholder Management.
• Must be willing to do training facilitation and content creation.
• Must have high analytical and above-average critical thinking skills.
• Must be highly organized, attention to detail and results-oriented.
• Preferably with a Bachelor's degree in any course.
