We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Associate Manager, what does it take to become one?

• Undertake critical roles within an assigned function (within or outside Finance) for a period of time.
• Gather and analyze data (financials, operational), key performance indicators, cost allocation, location/ tax regime-based accounting.
• Cost analysis, identify drivers, variance analysis and allocation
• Tax P&L comparative period analysis
• Manage vendor services, monitor accrued services, accounting and actual billings
• Support tax initiatives and projects, support in monitoring progress, liaise with stakeholders
• Support management reporting processes and metrics by creating templates, job aids, materials and other reports/analysis as required.
• Provide requested regular reports and/or assigned analysis to Finance Leadership and other stakeholders.

• CPA
• 6 years experience in Financial reporting and analysis
• Advanced MS Excel skill
