We’re looking for a Social Listener, what does it take to become one?

Talent and Social Research

1. Does talent research for specific skills such as talent mapping, skills availability, etc.
2. Generates various reports on talents available in the market such as pool size estimates, current and emerging trends, etc.
3. Conducts competitor research on their performances, activities and other relevant industry-developments
4. Conducts adhoc market intelligence and research projects as requested by business groups
5. Monitor competitors and then experience in handling unstructured data; spot trends in competition

Project Management

1. Handles various external vendors tapped for specific market research projects
2. Implements market research projects to address business inquiries of various teams
3. Coordinates with various vendors and stakeholders, monitors timelines of the project, and actively takes part in the execution of various market research projects

• 1 year experienced in Social listening tools (social media platform such as social baker and meltwater)
• Research skills and experience – either market research or business/financial research
• Analysis and insight generation – preferably market research, but could also be business or financial research
