Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Attend to incident, request, change order and problem tickets using the agreed SLA
- Create Users and assign permissions based on the required level of database access
- Create Linked Servers to SQL Servers and other databases such as Oracle etc
- Design and Monitor database Backup and Restoration Strategy
- Troubleshoot various problems that arise in day-to-day work and fix the issues.
- Document major changes to the SQL Servers and applying Service Packs
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Knowledge in SQL Server 2008, 2012, 2014, and 2016
- Knowledge of SQL Always on Failover Clustering & Availability Groups
- Knowledge of indexes, index management, and statistics
- Experience with backups, restores, and recovery models.
- Experience in Performance Tuning, Monitoring, & Optimization
- Experienced in using DMV to monitor/debug Server level issues
- Knowledge of Powershell a plus
