Proposal Development Analyst  

The Proposal Development Analyst will be responsible for authoring proposals, primarily for Application Outsourcing and System Integration opportunities, and for providing support for proposal response efforts. The person may also be expected to create content or provide writing support for internal and client-facing sales material (e.g., video scripts, newsletters, blogs).

Responsibilities:

• Author proposals to create a compelling story for standard company information, industry and technology assets, solution content, methodology and tools, project management, etc.
• Write material (e.g., Newsletters, Ad Hoc Communications, Sales Primers) based on inputs gathered from desktop research and interviews with subject matter advisors
• Edit material to have consistent voice across chapters and volumes as if written by a single author
• Collaborate with different groups including Solution Architects to help articulate customized responses
• Edit material to have a consistent voice throughout the proposal response

• Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree course
• Extremely strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Capacity to translate technical solutions, strategies, and themes into readable and winning proposals or into marketing-appropriate materials, as needed
• Has background on technical solutions/ technical proposals/ product development.
• Has an experience in Technical and Content writing
• Strong exposure and understanding of sales life cycle, global delivery models (onshore/offshore, etc.)
• Experience in proof-reading and editing
