Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Responsible for the accuracy, timeliness and compliance to Company and Government reportorial requirements related to payroll administration.
- Ensures that all trip summary are submitted before the payroll period for processing.
- Encode and compiles payoll data such as number of trips, stand-by time and payroll deductions (government statutory benefits)
- Reviews input to ensure the accuracy of payroll.
- Responsible for the preparation of ATM remittances.
- Responsible for the preparation of RFE for payment processing.
- Prepares periodic reports as requested and other duties as assigned.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least a Bacherlor's / College Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Must be knowledgeable on labor provisions on overtime, night differential, holiday pay and time keeping policies.
- Must have experienced government reporting / benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF)
