Duties and Responsibilities:
- Developing Training Modules of each job position.
- Sourcing of external trainings.
- Development of Trainers.
- Scheduling & Execution of training schedules.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Education;
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in conducting training of employees;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- High analytical skills;
