Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Process Payables and Check Voucher
- Check the validity and completeness of attachments of all processed payment
- Ensure correctness and consistency of Accounting Entries
- Prepare monthly Disbursement Report
- File and Safe keep all financial Documents
- Assist in the preparation of monthly Government Compliance Report (VAT Relief on Purchases)
Kualifikasi Minimum
- One year minimum related work experience
- College Graduate
- Can do basic accounting, processing of payables and vouchers
- Understands basic tax applications like VAT, EWT
- Computing skills, including ability to use financial softwares and spreadsheets
- Competency in Microsoft Office (MS Excel, MS Word)
- Detailed and organized – exhibits accuracy and efficiency when completing data entry tasks
- With analytical & problem solving skills
