Responsibilities
- Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment related tasks
- Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators in the US
- Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
- Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
- Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
- Report their tasks on a daily basis
- Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Kualifikasi Minimum
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree
- Preferably with at least 3 years experience in Recruitment Processing Outsourcing
- Amenable to work on a morning to mid-shift schedule
- Amenable to work during weekends and holidays
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Centre, Pasig City
- Can start IMMEDIATELY
