Deskripsi Pekerjaan
The main role of the Fees Support Associate is to assist Home-based teachers regarding their concerns about teaching fees. (S)He is also responsible for coordinating payout/fees data internally as well as with the Home-based Teacher
Tasks:
- Validate request before doing fee adjustments/reductions, updating info, etc.
- Process tickets and requests relating to fees and bank info.
- Ensure that supplementation requests regarding HBT Fees issues are sent on a timely basis.
- Submit regular reports (daily, weekly, and monthly).
- Assist HBTs with concerns outside of scope (Create ticket, Endorse to Other teams, specialist, supervisor/manager, etc.).
- Perform other tasks as requested by supervisor/manager.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- College graduate of any 4 year course (preferably education or communication courses);
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply;
- Amenable to work on weekends and/or holidays;
- Amenable to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig;
