Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in various recruitment-related tasks
- Conduct interviews and orientations for Home-Based e-Educators
- Make sure that all correspondences from the applicants are properly addressed
- Compile the requirements needed by the Home-Based e-Educators
- Orient in-coming Home-based e-Educators regarding their tasks and other requirements
- Attend external events (i.e. job fairs, school fairs) on a regular basis
- Report their tasks on a daily basis
- Consolidate reports at the end of day to be submitted to the Recruitment team
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science, Education, or the equivalent
- Previous work experience in BPO Recruitment is preferred but not required
- Previous ESL Teaching experience is an advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications, Adobe Photoshop and Internet navigation
- Driven, highly-motivated, and can work with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong work ethics
- Proactive and works with minimal supervision
- Willing to work on shifting schedule
- Willing to be assigned in Ortigas Center, Pasig City
