Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsible in the assistance of ensuring the products and service meets the established standards of quality of 1771 Group of Restaurants. Assist in planning, conducting, and monitoring testing and inspection of service, materials, and products to ensure finished product quality. Documents internal audits with the Quality Assurance Officer. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Food Technology, HRM, or any related field
- At least 1 year experience in quality inspection, auditing, and testing
- Knowledge of tools, concepts and methodologies of QA
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements
- Must have impeccable eye for details, and compliance
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and written skills
