Job Description
The role will be a mix of onboarding and support. Our support channels are currently email only, but we are looking to add chat in the coming weeks.
Tasks
- Managing support requests
- Assisting with the customer onboarding process
- Assisting with data preparation for onboarding
- Maintaining the knowledge base
- Maintaining the roadmap
- Briefing developers on feature requests / issues
- Optimising the support system and workflows
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Strong people skills
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- 5 years of relevant experience
