Job Description
The following are some of the key responsibilities but are not limited to
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls from customers and couriers efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Receive customer concerns over chat and email and able to resolve concerns with enthusiasm.
- Provide professional and efficient customer support to customers and couriers
- Create ad-hoc reports
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of customer service experience
- Above average verbal and written English communication skills
- Must have strong phone skills
- Chat and email experience is not required but an advantage
- Sales and upselling skilling is not required but an advantage
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Must have strong work ethics, solid character and values
- Willing to work and be assigned in BGC, Taguig City
- Contract may or may not be extended dependent on performance
