Job Description
- Mainly PMO based role, need someone who can drive the day to day of the business and to ensure that everyone is on track to get there
- Think very short-term and tactical, a lot of growth hacking and a lot of quick fixes.
- The scrum master who ensures that everything and everyone is running like clockwork -- if certified it'll be great, if not then it's okay as long as they have the experience
- Very strong managerial and prioritization skills -- making sure that everyone is neither under or over utilized and making sure that everyone is being productive and ensuring that there is little to no miscomms across cross functional teams
- Experience with PMO and someone very organized
Minimum Qualifications
- 3-5 years of work experience Experience in a high growth tech firm mainly thinking about bringing a business from 0-1 and 1-10
- Experience with PMO and short term growth hacking (someone very tactical)
- Experience with working with cross functional teams and across different levels of the organizations
- Requires a high degree of business athleticism
- Ability to think through first principles and understanding the what is and what is not and therefore how to get to our destination today
- Ability to be very data driven, comfortable with segmenting a large amount of data and equally comfortable to come up with the data when there is no data
- Ability to synthesize large amount of information and data to create a clear story digestible to different types of audience - business, engineering, executives etc
- Excellent business sense, project management skills, relationship management skills, and the ability to understand and resolve complex business issues
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and presentation skills
