Job Description
- Make High level curriculum design documents with Outcomes, Course Map, Course Overview, Duration, etc.
- Research cutting edge technology content areas to source new and relevant content for the target audience
- Testing and Validation of Design; Evaluation - Outcome-based content effectiveness and learning experience analysis
- Research, produce and deliver high-quality learning assets like training decks, facilitator guides, learner guides, assessments, and other supporting content
- Manage content on a regular basis to ensure content updates and uploads to the platform app
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of project management skills and content design and development
- Plan internal quality reviews and subsequent updates of products prior to delivery to ensure good quality of all deliverables to clients
- Demonstrate excellent stakeholder relationship management skills
- Ability to benchmark trends in digital content and customize strategy swiftly, ability to align resources
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ Experience in Content Development in creative industry
- Having instructional design and curriculum development experience is a plus
- Strong leadership skills
- Conducts research and develops content by liaising with internal and external experts
- Create content outlines, design documents, and storyboards for web-based trainings.
- Demonstrate and utilize project management, course development, and evaluation skills
- Good Analytical, Reasoning skills and attention to detail
- Good English and Organizational Skills
