Job Description
We are a hyper growth edTech startup looking for a passionate, result driven product manager who will own the roadmap, building and positioning of products. (https://Zenpro.id)
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management:
- Develop vision, own execution and development of Content across Course Categories
- Own product strategy; Understand customer requirements, market gaps/ need gaps and drive execution approach for training programs
- Work across cross-functional teams including Content, Marketing, Sales, business and finance towards a common goal.
- Develop sales enablement tools and train the sales team for new products
- Drive the revenue goals and NPS outcomes for courses
- Collaborate with external influencers, subject matter experts, business teams, and other cross-functional teams effectively in driving the projects and be the point of contact on the team
- Sound research, Data-driven decision making skills
- Ability to communicate effectively across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities
- Previous start-up, social networking and/or consulting experience is a strong plus
- Ability to mentor Associate PM’s, PMs
