IT Infrastructure and Security Manager  

A. Operational IT Infrastructure Support

1. Managing all IT equipment (PC, Notebook, tablets), and electronic supports (printers, fax, cables, servers, modems, etc)
2. Monitoring installed applications on computers
3. Monitoring sufficiency of all IT and electronic equipment for all employees, insisting, new recruits and equipment switches/upgrades/downgrades
4. Assessing computer specification required for employees type of works, load, specific requirements and complying with IT Policy
5. Planning and controlling IT equipment supplies and suppliers including provision of new equipment for new recruits
6. Align with procurement team for IT equipment procurements

B. Trouble-shooting

1. Providing supports to all employees experiencing IT issues
2. Ensuring stable internet connection
3. Ensuring security against virus, malwares, bugs
4. Developing IT solution system
5. Proposing continuous process simplifying to cut long process for document administration
6. Back-up for specific IT application issues used by users (content team, finance team, customer service, sales, data analysis, etc)

C. IT Security

1. Developing and implementing IT security policy (along with ISO Consultant)
2. IT assets (storage) management. -> As data-tech company, our data is our assets. Maximum control needs to be in place to ensure no data leak or miss-used, including but not limited to all digital contents, work documents, blueprints, emails, correspondence, financial information, system information/codes, etc.
3. Monitoring compliance with IT Security Policy as required for ISO270001 certification (we will engage ISO Consultant to develop)
4. Managing user access and monthly update on users existence (new/terminate)

D. IT Cost Control

1. Research and analysis on IT cost, and propose cost efficiency
2. Monitoring month-on-month IT cost, managing vendor’s invoices and usage

• Minimum of bachelor degree in IT major
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in tech company as IT Structure and Data Security management
• Preferable with IT audit background (2-3 years)
• Acceptable English capability (oral and written)
