Job Description
- Create item tests based on test blueprint from Project Managers
- Create explanation videos for test preparation, such as CPNS.
- Creating problem sets for test preparations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Experienced in item writing, especially TPA or CPNS related tests
- Bachelor's degree from Psychology with good familiarity to psychometry
