Poundit.com is looking for a results oriented Growth Hacker who has a relentless pursuit for growth, growth, and more growth. The ideal candidate is data driven, mad about A/B testing & optimization, and a highly creative mind that will stop at nothing to achieve exponential growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pioneer and implement a sustainable path for exponential growth
• Identify and collaborate with colleagues on KPI focus areas
• Bring traditional and creative ideas and A/B test those ideas to improve KPIs
• Gather, interpret, and analyze data and users feedback
• Exchange ideas/data/feedback with colleagues to make the product more user-centric
• Driving traffic to our website, landing pages, social media, etc.
• Prioritize growth channels and optimize those channels to improve business performance
• Scale and automate the growth processes

Required Skills:

• Relentless in pursuit of growth
• Data driven and a resulst oriented data-geek with a clear understanding of data, analytics, and metrics.
• Passion for understanding users’ behaviour with strong focus on providing a great customer experience
• A/B Testing and Data Analytics experience
• Editing and copywriting skills
• Knowledge of both inbound and outbound marketing
• Extremely curios and constantly learning
• Proven past high growth performance and results
• Highly creative, analytical approach to problem solving, and comfortable using out of the box techniques
