- Provide ongoing system/technical support to users
- Work with various business departments to create and manage changes to fields, workflows, roles/permissions, page layouts, custom objects, custom record types, reports and dashboards
- Maintain documentation of key operational processes, system improvements and their revisions
- Understand overall internal processes and systems and how they are interdependent
- Perform configuration, release, change management and testing activities, as required
- Coordinates and communicates all Odoo changes to user groups. Train and support users.
- Maintain proper system access for all roles
- Perform regular data audits, check error logs and resolve issues identified
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
- At least 1 or 2 years of experience in any ERP support, implementations, enhancements, customizations, integrations, and data migration
- Preferably someone with good understanding in financial and inventory aspects/ modules
