Membership Sales Consultant  

The job:

• Responsible for processing customer memberships; new acquisitions
• Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide support membership processing and a great customer experience.
• Conducting tours to prospective members of our facilities.
• Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
• Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
• Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals.
• Assist with operational duties as requested by management.

• Demonstrated experience and success in a sales environment
• Proven exceeding targets history;
• Thrive on achieving and exceeding goals;
• Understand the concept of selling and the sales cycle;

• The ability to relate to the varying needs of prospective members; and
