Job Description
The job:
- Responsible for processing customer memberships; new acquisitions
- Provide exceptional internal and external customer service, answering queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide support membership processing and a great customer experience.
- Conducting tours to prospective members of our facilities.
- Generate sales leads through member referrals, networking, formal presentation, public demonstrations, and phone calls.
- Promote and sell as directed other services and products, such as personal training and supplements.
- Consistently achieve or surpass personal and club sales goals.
- Assist with operational duties as requested by management.
Minimum Qualifications
About you:
- Highly motivated, optimistic with a can-do attitude;
- Have a genuine passion for Health and Fitness;
- Demonstrated experience and success in a sales environment
- Proven exceeding targets history;
- Thrive on achieving and exceeding goals;
- Understand the concept of selling and the sales cycle;
- Face to face and telecommunication sales;
- Confident with effective communication skills;
- Pro-active in achieving personal targets;
- The ability to relate to the varying needs of prospective members; and
- A fun attitude and someone who enjoys a high energy work environment!
