Job Description
The position will be working closely with peer Drupal developers in developing a big informational site from scratch. Key problem solving capabilities and an eye for detail are essential in this role.
Successful candidate should be able to code custom modules according to coding standards and best practices. He or she should be able to test the quality and security of the code written and should always maintain high standards by utilizing automated testing scripts and security checks.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Drupal 7 and 8 versions
- Technical skills should include at least 2 years in web development and experience with: PHP, MySQL, Apache, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript and/or similar technologies
- Experience in building custom modules and libraries in Drupal (7, 8)
- Experience in exporting and configuring Features, Installation Profiles, and variables to support their code Drupal (7, 8)
- Experience with common Drupal deployment methodologies including using CI and one touch deployments.
- Experience in JavaScript preferably jQuery or similar framework
- Experience in front end integration using frameworks like, Zend, Twitter Bootstrap
- Familiarity with software development methodologies (SCRUM)
- Experience in cross-browser development
- Familiar with writing test cases and using automated test routines
