District Sales Manager - North and Central Luzon  

The District Sales Manager is responsible for sales planning, organizing, directing and controlling the sales force under his district. He is responsible in achieving the sales target of his assigned territories.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, direction, leadership, and motivation to all under his/her district
• Maintain good working rapport with major clients/partners in and out of the company
• Conduct business review with his/her team on a regular basis to monitor progress and come up with action plan to address challenges
• Ensure that sales target of the district is achieved

• Graduate of any Business or Science related course
• At least 2 years relative experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong analytical and planning skills
• Very good communication and presentation skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Microsoft Office proficient
• Hardworking
• Keen to details
• Flexible and team player
• Can start immediately
