Primary Function

Responsibilities

• Prepare and import measurements/quotations for industrial/residential sheds, using computer-assisted drafting equipment and software.
• Determine procedures and instructions to be followed, according to design specifications and make sure that the dimensions are accurate. Do manual adjustments if needed.
• Analyze by-laws, space and site requirements, and other technical documents based on the region/area.

Bonuses

13th Month Pay (We Pay this bonus in increments every salary pay out. It is calculated to your 1-month salary divided to 24.)

Discretionary Bonus

Annual pay increases and also any one-off bonuses, will be at the discretion of the management.

Location: Flexible work from home / office hybrid

Working Hours: Flexi Time: Start Time 8am-9am AU time (6am-7am Manila)
End Time: 5pm-6pm AU time (3pm-4pm Manila)

What You’ll Need to Succeed: 

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role 
• Be familiar with using the ACT Building Systems
• MUST be aligned with the company’s vision and goals
  

Technology Requirements

• A dedicated quiet workspace at home and with a good internet connection (minimum 25mbs)
• A desktop or laptop computer (3rd generation or higher) at least i3 or equivalent processor at least 8 GB ram and windows 7 and above or MAX OSX operating system
• Headset with extended microphone, a noise canceling headset is a must.
• High- definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution
