Job Description
- Prepare product and service proposals initiated by Sales Engineers.
- Prepare quotations, proposals and bidding documents
- Monitor status of product and service proposals
- Prepare a budget for the project
- Handle telephone calls or other inquiries of clients and possible clients about product and equipment
- Fax, mail, and email proposals and other supporting documents to customers
- Prepare product and services proposals for “walk-in” clients.
- Coordinate with brokerage/forwarder for the handling and releasing of shipment including preparation of all documents needed.
- Coordinate with Warehouse Manager regarding stock availability.
- Communicate with principals and monitor shipments.
- Monitoring of Purchase Order to Suppliers.
- Monitoring of payment to Principal
- Monitoring of ETA and ETD of Purchase Order
- Inquiring and bargaining for equipment prices
- Monitor sales performance of assigned products.
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or equivalent courses
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Exquisite communication and people skills
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Must be very adaptable
- Exceptional attention to details
