- A graduate of any four 4-year courses;
- At least 5-years related work experience in a 5-Star hotel, 2-years of which in managerial or supervisory capacity;
- At least 3-years of related work experience, 6-months of which in supervisory capacity preferably in a service industry;
- With a good understanding of front desk operations and hotel terminologies.
- Responsible for supervising, coordinating, checking and implementing proper and prompt procedures related to selling, upselling, guest check-in and out, cashiering, calls traffic management, business center assistance, and other services.
- Render services through Guest Services operations to achieve operational efficiency, guest satisfaction and maximized revenues.
- Prompt and proper delivery of services in the Front Desk, PABX, Business Center and Guest Relations.
