Job Description
- Assist expat boss in daily operations of the department
- Coordination between other departments and Trade Marketing
- Sales data management and reports
- Purchasing and coordination with various suppliers
- Monitor the inventory of marketing materials.
- Monitor and record material delivery on branch
- Summarize material shipping list
- Work with other business assistants under Integrated Project Management (IPM) Department
- Send reports online even on field or at home
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from any field.
- Above average skill in MS Excel is required for this position.
- At least 2 years of working experience as Sales or Trade Marketing department coordinator, Purchasing, Inventory, or its equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Merchandising, Marketing, Retail Sales or its equivalent.
- Pleasing personality, creative, positive and patient.
- Good command of English communication both in writing and speaking;
- Good presentation skills.
- Excellent problem-solving skill.
