Job Description
- Manage executive diaries and arrange daily schedule (meetings, travel, speaking engagements etc.).
- Format information for internal and external communication (memos, emails, presentation, reports etc.).
- Screen and direct phone calls.
- Maintain office filing system.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must be a degree holder in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent;
- Can speak, read and write Japanese;
- Must be an N1 or N2 passer;
- Knowledgeable in MS Office;
- Amenable to work on shifting schedule;
- Background in hotel / hospitality experience is a plus;
- Willing to work in Paranaque;
