VERDANT MANPOWER MOBILIZATION CENTER, Inc. (VMMCI) is a corporation duly organized in 1991 under Philippine Laws, and licensed by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA) to participate in its Overseas Employment Program. VERDANT MANPOWER was specifically organized to respond to the growing demand for Filipino workers in the global market. It sought to address our government’s call for extensive participation of the private sector in nation building, by way of providing professional services and higher levels of skills, commitment and excellence in the field of Filipino workers deployment and mobility. In 1993, from a purely Land-based licensed Service Contractor/ Recruitment agency, VERDANT MANPOWER was, likewise, granted a Special License, to recruit and deploy Overseas Performing Artists (OPA). In 2011, VERDANT MANPOWER was accredited by the Overseas Workers Welfare Administration (OWWA) as in-house PDOS Provider for landbased Professional, Technical and Skilled Workers. VERDANT MANPOWER MOBILIZATION CENTER, Inc. is composed of two (2) Operational Divisions: 1. The Land-base Division – handles the recruitment, documentation, processing and deployment activities of highly skilled, skilled and semi-skilled workers. The land-base division has deployed accountants, nurses, engineers, teachers, journey lineman, programmers, computer encoders, chefs/cooks, waiters, tailors, cutter/sewers, furniture makers, painters, drivers, windows cleaners, construction workers and household workers to jobsites in USA, United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, Malaysia, and Japan. And now, we are also hiring HR Supervisors, Logistics/Contractor/Subcontractor Coordinators and Managers, skilled workers such as Piping Supervisor, Welders and Pipefitters experienced in Oil and Gas Industry. 2. The Entertainment Division – handles the recruitment, management, training, documentation, processing, and deployment activities of singers, musicians, dancers, bands and novelty acts. The Entertainment Division has deployed Overseas Performing Artists (OPA) to Japan, Korea, Hong Kong and Abu Dhabi. VERDANT MANPOWER is staffed by a performance oriented workforce coming from a wide variety of specialized disciplines. Each Operational Division is composed of several job-specific management teams, which are, in turn, supported by a Board of Advisors composed of experts in their respective fields. Over the years, VERDANT MANPOWER has enjoyed the distinction of having consistently maintained its POEA status of an Agency IN GOOD STANDING. Aside from its own manpower pool, VERDANT MANPOWER has developed linkages with various associations and government agencies that share manpower pooling services/database of semi-skilled, skilled and professional Filipino workers. To date, we have a data bank consisting of hundreds of workers ready for selection and deployment. Furthermore, to better ensure the availability of qualified NLE, CGFNS and NCLEX passers, VERDANT MANPOWER has partnered with Dynalink Review Center, established primarily to service healthcare practitioners and students in provinces where said populations are largest like Iloilo, Cebu, Bacolod, Roxas City, etc. VERDANT MANPOWER is a member of good standing in government accredited industry associations, with its President serving as officer in various capacities, as follows: 1.
