The successful candidate that the company complies with all the applicable FDA Philippines's regulations on licenses, technical documents, and product registrations.
In charge of all the legal and and regulatory requirements of FDA Philippines and DOH.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle FDA Philippines related matters such as proper compliance with standard regulation on licenses, technical documents and product registration
- Prepare documents for regulatory purposes and FDA Philippines concerns such as LTO initial application, renewal, amendment, and compliance
- Represent the company to FDA Philippines inspection and comply with corresponding requirements
- Monitor and update record of distribution of various products distributed and sold by the company
- Create record of batch distribution in hard copy and soft copy to serve as reference in accordance to the rules of FDA Philippines
Minimum Qualifications
- Must be a REGISTERED Nurse
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Preferably with experience in obtaining FDA Philippines and DOH license and registration for medical devices and healthcare
