Job Description
The Dental Billing Associate will be part of the Dental Team, which manages services such as billing, collections, and payments of various Dental clinics/service providers in the United States.
- Keying confidential information into the prescribed system.
- Handle verification of information via phone calls.
- Check accuracy of data.
- Coordinate with clients on patients' transaction details and payments
- Properly navigate the prescribed system and ensure correct process is followed
Minimum Qualifications
- High school graduates are welcome to apply.
- Detail-oriented
- Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel)
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good English communication skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- Typing skills - 40 WPM or better
- Willing to work in a graveyard shift, Mondays to Fridays
- Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig
