Job Description
- Reports problem status, risks, issues and Change Requests to PM and DL
- Track, report, the achievement of SLAs for the designated application onsite.
- Manages all in scope maintenance and service activities and delivery per contract requirements onsite.
- Participates in Customer/Service Provider strategy, planning, and operations meetings for each application
Minimum Qualifications
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Security or equivalent work experience
- At least 1 year experience as Service Management Lead
- With experience in supporting projects with SLAs
- With background in the following roles : DEX , ISMS , BCM
- Preferred skills or qualifications : Excel Macro skills , PPSM aligned
- Willing to work in Metro Manila
- Full time Positions & Can start ASAP
