Job Description
1. Responsible for end-to-end expansion retail project.
2. Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders.
3. Perform thorough data analysis including but not limited to financial model and operational metrics to guide initiatives
4. Be a process master. Constantly innovate and iterate to ensure maximum productivity in out processes
5. Manage efficiency. Work closely with the operations and logistics team to streamline process
Minimum Qualifications
- At least Bachelor's Degree from top universities,
- At least 3 years of work experience in Retail Industry, Marchandiser, or Data Analyst
- Have an interest in and passion for agribusiness
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and external partners
- Data-driven decision-making mentality, and sound business judgment through deep analytical thinking
- Willing to travel across Indonesia
