Account Manager | Work and Travel  

The Account Manager is the conduit of UTP to its local partners and clients. He/She must conduct strategic planning in achieving the company’s targets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Be key person in the end to end process of the program application
• Provide quality service to local partners and clients of UTP
• Market the program to potential partners and clients
• Organize in-school activities and hiring events
• Plan, source out and activate recruitment strategies with potential and existing partner schools and applicants
• Collect, activate and maintain the database of applicants through a systematic and efficient work structure
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with all partner schools and program participants
• Achieve renewals & grow investments of existing and new partners.
• Maintain close relationship and strengthen current partnerships by having a proactive, up to date and efficient communication
• Ensure the timely & accurate submission of reports, revert to client inquiries, and manage crisis efficiently

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communication, Business Operations, and Marketing
• Excellent in communication skills (written and verbal)
• People-oriented and can deal with decision makers, parents, and college students
• Fast-learner, willing to work at a fast-paced environment
• Can produce results with minimal or less supervision
• Must be willing to work in BGC
